Safrània was the Conca de Barberà agri-food fair, organized by Montblanc City Council through the Tourism Office. Its objective was to become a great showcase for the quality agri-food products produced in the region, to bring local products closer to the general public, to give value to the work of local producers, and to promote commercial relations between professionals.

It is important to mention saffron. Above all because of its prominence in recent years in the region due to the unique project that involves the recovery of the crop. As part of Safrània, visits were organized to saffron blooming fields, where participants participated in a harvesting session; also talks about the product, features and applications, and defrosting workshop.

#Safrània365 is a program of small events around gastronomy and local products that take over from Safrània. A name is therefore created in the form of a label (hashtag) that links the fair that the public already knows and the number of days of the year because the duration is continuous.

The proposals that are scheduled are similar to those made at the fair: product presentations, food pairings, cooking demonstrations, local produce market or cultural activities.
