Itinerary:

You can leave your car in the Avenue (Av. Manel Ribé) direction 'Ermita de Sant Josep'. You can also arrive there by car.

On the way, the houses slowly disappear, and instead there are vineyards and a few small warehouses or houses. You have to go on the asphalted path with the sign GR and in 25 minutes you will arrive at the hermitage.

Outside the hermitage you have to follow the way you have arrived straight on, it is at the bottom and you will see the sign GR again. From here the way is a little and it is not asphalted, but it is easy and plain.

Going on this way you will pass some narrow paths. Straight on you will arrive at a crossing where you have to turn left, it is a way down and there is a yellow mill on the left. Then the way crosses another not asphalted way and just at the crossing you can see a sign of the rural house 'Molí de la Vall', you have to turn right and go on this direction.

A little further there is a small river and a small bridge that you do not have to cross, you have to go straight on. A few metres left you will see a small path which goes up to the mountain, there you will see an abandoned house. Then the small path has two directions, if you take the right one you will arrive at a fountain and a small waterfall, and the left one takes you to the upper part of the waterfall.

If there has been no rain, you will find no water, but you will be able to see the figure formations of this waterfall.

You can come back taking the same path, or, instead of turning when you see the mill, you can go straight on. You will pass an area with houses, you will see 'Mas Pivert', and then the water pillar on the left, a monolith which indicates the tube which takes water to Montblanc.

REMEMBER

to respect the environment, the animals and the vegetation, because the area has a great ecological interest and for the landscape.

You must not throw any rubbish.

You have to be very careful. You must not forget that the hermitage is a place where you can camp or eat but it is in the forest. There will always be a risk of fire, and it will always have an ecological value which we cannot damage.

The property of the soil is public and private, but the maintenance of this patrimony is a responsibility of everybody.

Recommendations:

You have to go well-equipped, with sport shoes, warm clothing if it is winter and abundant water if it is summer.
