Between the 14th and 18th centuries.

Architectural features
From the 13th century two arcades and a doorway with a slightly pointed arch which probably was the access to the house are preserved.

History
It is situated near the apse of the church of Santa Maria, and it belonged to a family called Vilafranca. With the passing of time it has suffered several alterations in its structure. It is thought that at the beginning it was part of the Royal Town Clerks’ Office, building next to it. In the 18th century when it belonged to the Josa family suffered a lot of alterations. At present it is the seat of Provincial Museum of Conca de Barberà.
