In its more than 90 km2 the town of Montblanc has several centers of population. Centuries ago, some of them had managed to be independent but their progressive depopulation made that they finished attached to Montblanc.
Nowadays, la Guàrdia dels Prats and Lilla are the ones with more inhabitants. This does not mean that the others do not have activity.
